How to Customize Review Notifications

Overview


When it comes to customer reviews, notifications can help you stay on top of customer feedback and respond promptly to any concerns or issues they may have. It's important to set up notifications that are relevant to your business and ensure that you are providing the best possible service to your customers.


The AfterShip Reviews’ Reviews and Questions Notifications feature will let you activate notifications whenever your store receives a new review or asked a questions about your store or products.


Steps to customize review notifications


  1. Log in to AfterShip Reviews admin account.
  2. Go to Settings > ** Notifications.**
  3. Filter the notifications based on star ratings and review sources.


Different star ratings to trigger new review notifications:


  • All reviews (Default)
  • 4 stars and below
  • 3 stars and below
  • 2 stars and below
  • 1 star reviews


Different review sources to trigger new review notifications:


  • Automatic review requests
  • Manual review requests
  • Submitted in your store
  • Shipment reviews


All the above review sources will be checked by default.



  1. Click Manage to choose who you want to send the notifications to. Only the members of your organization will be listed in the email recipients list.



  1. You can also activate notifications for when a customers ask questions regarding your store or products via the Q&A widget.
