Import product reviews from AliExpress
1. Enable the bookmarks bar

Add Import Reviews widget to the bookmarks bar
- Go to your ** AfterShip Reviews ** admin.
- Navigate to Reviews > Import reviews.
- Under One-click import from AliExpress section, complete the 2-step process to start importing reviews from AliExpress
a. Step 1: Drag the Import reviews button to your browser’s bookmark bar.
b. Step 2: Import reviews using the Import Reviews widget
- Go to AliExpress.
- Choose a product of which you want to import reviews to AfterShip Reviews dashboard.
- Click on the added Import Reviews button on your browser's bookmark bar.
- A pop up asking you a few crucial details will open, so fill them appropriately as explained below.
Field | Description |

Store | If you have connected multiple stores with AfterShip Reviews, choose the one for which you want to import reviews. |
Product | Choose the product for which you're importing reviews. |
Review quantity | Decide how many reviews you want to import at once. It is set to 20 by default but can be adjusted up to a maximum of 100. |
Import reviews by | Default is 'Date (latest first)' to import the latest reviews. You can also choose AliExpress default sorting from the dropdown menu. |
Ratings | Default selection includes 4-star and 5-star reviews. If you want to include 3-star or lower, enter the value manually (minimum allowed is 1 star). |
Reviewer country | Default is 'All' to import the maximum number of reviews. If you sell in specific countries, specify them to import relevant reviews. Note that country selection may slow down the process. |
Import photo reviews only | Check this option if you want to import only reviews that include photos. |
- Once you set all the fields according to your preference, click the Import button.
Upon clicking the Import button, one pop-up window will appear indicating about the importing process. Make sure you don't close this window as it terminate the importing process.
