How to Integrate Slack With AfterShip Reviews
Plans: Pro, Enterprise Platforms: Shopify
AfterShip Reviews can now be easily integrated with Slack to let you check and respond to new reviews and NPS on the go.
First, make sure you have a Slack workspace. In case you don’t, please follow this help article to create one
Visit the Slack integration page here
Go to AfterShip Reviews admin > Apps > View more apps
Select Slack > Install app
Choose the Slack channel where you want to send new reviews and NPS notifications
Choose the Store you want to send notifications for and click Submit
The integration is done. You can check the integration status on the Apps page
