How to Add the Post-Purchase NPS Widget to Your Shopify Store

Navigate to Net Promoter Score > Your NPS

Go to Net Promoter Score > Post-purchase NPS.
In the Installation section, click Shopify checkout editor.

You’ll be redirected to Shopify’s customization page.
Click Sections and select Order status under Customer accounts.

Choose AfterShip Post-purchase NPS.

The widget will appear in the preview panel.
Click Save to publish it on your store.
