Points to consider: ****

Priority is given to 4 and 5-star reviews.
Both product images and customer feedback will be imported.
Existing reviews will stay unchanged, and duplicates will be avoided when re-importing.

AfterShip Reviews helps to import product reviews in two ways:

Import reviews directly from AliExpress
Import reviews from a CSV file

Import reviews from a CSV file

Log in to your AfterShip Reviews account.
Go to Reviews and select Import reviews.
Download the CSV template.

Fill in the review data according to the given instructions.
Upload the file to AfterShip Reviews and hit the **Import **button.

|| We will drop you an email containing the import summary, once your file gets uploaded successfully. It will give you insights into the number of reviews imported successfully and the number of failed reviews along with error details.

Select the checkbox for Publish all imported reviews if you want the CSV imported reviews to be auto-published without any manual review.

Activate the Reviews widget in AfterShip Reviews to show customer reviews on Shopify and Shopify plus product pages. To hide the product reviews and ratings, simply deactivate the widget.

AfterShip Reviews go live automatically for Shopify themes 1.0. However, in the case of 2.0, you have to go one step further to make the review widget and star rating widget visible on your store.

Install review widgets on Shopify theme 2.0

Go to Display settings in the AfterShip Reviews admin.
Get the widgets you want on your store activated.

Go to Shopify store's theme editor and then switch from the default home page to the product page.
Navigate to the Product information > Add section > Star Rating Widget.

Go to the Apps > Add block > Review Widget.

Please ensure that you're on the right plan because your emails won't be triggered if your email quota has already been exhausted. However, your saved emails will be in our system for 30 days before being removed permanently.

Go to Email settings and click Customize to edit your email template
Click Save and turn on the Automated review request emails toggle button
